Austin McCurdy
Austin McCurdy is the CEO of Sharper Talent and the COO of Sharper Business Solutions. After graduating from college Austin went into education where he served as a teacher and principal for 6 years. In 2005 he purchased his first Papa John’s Pizza store and eventually grew to 8 locations in 3 states. After winning multiple sales and operations awards, Austin sold his stores in 2017 and joined the Sharper Team to help other businesses reach their business goals. Having managed a staff of over 200 employees, Austin’s understanding of hiring the right personnel and placing them in the right roles is an invaluable asset to our clients.
Gary Harper
Gary is the Owner of Sharper Talent and the CEO of Sharper Business Solutions. Gary spent 13 years as an executive in a Fortune 500 company where he handled the process of evaluating companies operating expenses and helped them to reach new levels of efficiencies.
He began investing in real estate in 2004 and has taken his expertise in business systems and process management and developed a program to help real estate investors position themselves to scale their business to new levels.
Andy Briner
Andy is the Integrator for Sharper Talent. He worked for a fortune 500 company for over 20 years managing teams and integrating systems and processes on a daily basis. His attention to detail and analytical mind provide crucial insights into the nuances of day-to-day operations of a business. He joined Sharper Talent in 2019 part time and in 2020 because of his success and growth of the business he became the full time Integrator.
AJ Briner
AJ is the Fulfillment Manager for Sharper Talent. He worked for a fortune 500 company for over 10 years recruiting and managing teams to provide excellent customer service. He knows how to find great talent and get honest answers from candidates. He joined Sharper Personnel in 2020.
